Help with Iseul
Adding the lock-screen word
- Lock your phone, then press and hold the lock screen.
- Tap Customize, then Lock Screen.
- Tap the widget area under the clock and choose Iseul.
- Pick the wide word, then tap Done. Tapping it marks the word as known.
Subscriptions and refunds
Iseul+ is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore a purchase from Iseul › Settings › Restore purchases.
The Korean voice
Korean is spoken by your iPhone's built-in Korean voice. A higher-quality voice can be downloaded in Settings › Accessibility › Spoken Content › Voices › Korean.
A word looks wrong
Every card cites its dictionary entry; tap the source line to see the original. If a definition or example is wrong at the source, tell us and we will remove the card until the dictionary corrects it.
